Sending Photos by Post
Please enclose details of the stallion's name (if known) and any other relevant information, for each stallion. Any photos or computer media that you send will be returned to you as soon as possible, provided you enclose a stamped addressed envelope for their return. Otherwise we will assume that you don't want them back. If possible, please enclose an email address or a phone number, so that we can contact you if there are any problems. Note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage by Royal Mail or any other postal service or courier.
Sending Printed Photos
We are able to scan printed photos to put on the internet. But please, please make sure that you pack them between sheets of cardboard so they don't get damaged in the post, and put "PHOTOS - PLEASE DO NOT BEND" on the outside of the envelope. We will take great care of your photos. If you would like a CD of your photos, for loading onto your own computer, then please add a note and we will be happy to provide this for you.
Sending Photos on CD or DVD
Photos must not be in "raw" format. If your camera saves them in that format, then please convert them to JPG or BMP format before copying to the disk. If you aren't sure, please email us for help. Please make sure you pack the disk well, so that it won't be damaged in the post.
